These terms govern purchases of tires and wheels on this website and constitute a public offer for retail distance selling. The Russian version of this document is the legally operative one.
These terms are a public offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. By placing an order on the site you fully and unconditionally accept these terms. Retail distance selling is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation «On Protection of Consumer Rights» and the distance-selling rules approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. The seller's details are listed at the bottom of this page.
You place an order through the cart and checkout, providing contact details and a delivery address. After the order is placed, a manager contacts you in the messenger you chose (MAX, Telegram or WhatsApp) to confirm availability, delivery and payment. The catalog is synchronized with supplier stock every hour; if an item has become unavailable between your order and confirmation, we will offer a replacement or cancel the affected line with no obligation on your side.
Prices are listed in Russian rubles. The price effective at the moment you place the order applies to that order once confirmed. The site does not currently accept online payment: the payment method (such as bank transfer or payment on receipt) is agreed individually with your manager during confirmation, and you receive payment details in your chosen messenger.
We deliver across the Russian Federation. The delivery method, cost and timing are agreed with the manager during order confirmation. Ownership of and risk to the goods pass to you upon handover.
While an order is in the «pending» status you can edit its contents or cancel it yourself from the Orders page. Once the order has moved to processing, changes and cancellation are handled through support or your manager.
Under the distance-selling rules, you may refuse the goods at any time before delivery and within 7 days after delivery, provided the goods are unused, their appearance and properties are preserved, and you have proof of purchase. Tires and wheels that have been mounted, driven on or otherwise used cannot be returned as goods of proper quality. The refund is made within 10 days of the return request, less the seller's cost of return delivery where applicable.
If the goods prove defective, you are entitled to a replacement, a price reduction, free repair where applicable, or a refund, as provided by consumer-protection legislation. Manufacturer warranties apply to all products. To make a claim, contact support with your order number and photos of the defect.
Transactional notifications about your order — confirmation, status changes, cancellation — are sent automatically to the email address provided with the order. Operational questions are handled in your chosen messenger.
The seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers or by circumstances of force majeure. Fitment data on the site is verified against manufacturer specifications, and the final configuration is additionally confirmed by the manager before the order ships.
Personal data provided with an order is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy published on this site.
These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Nothing in them limits the rights granted to consumers by mandatory provisions of Russian law. The seller may amend these terms by publishing a new version on this page with a new effective date; orders are governed by the version effective when they were placed.
